Always put things in writing and create a record. They could always sue on breach of contract and you would want to have your own records.

Because MI is no fault you could face what's called a mini-tort and be sued for $500.

There are situations where the vehicle can be towed immediately. The time that you are referring to can depend on the type or road the vehicle is on.

NO!!! It's not true! The police are not your friends. You cannot get an expungement until 5 years after the conviction AND you cannot have ANYTHING...

Take a picture of the sign and take it to the court with your ticket. They may tell you that standing and parking are two different things, but...
