Don't waste time and money on the other attorneys, go with the best! Go with Mark Langshied! You won't regret it, I don't!

Two years ago my journey to becoming a driver began: 7 years ago I lost my drivers license in Michigan. I had a dui, and a fleeing and eluding charge. I no longer live in Michigan. The first year I applied to have my license restored I chose to go with a family attorney. I lost my case... Though ...the attorney was knowledgeable, he didn't know the system in detail. He didn't prepare me for the detailed and time consuming process. He wasted my time. He actually made me travel back to Michigan two times. And this was difficult for me because I was living in New York City at the time. . . I didn't realize how stressful this process would become. So I did a lot of research after loosing my first case. That's when I found Mark Langshied. He had so much information about license restoration and driving and traffic offenses available on his website for free. A few hours after I filled out his contact form on his website, Mark called me to discuss my case in more detail. At this time we discussed qualifications and fees. His rate seemed expensive. More expensive than my last attorney. But he assured me that he would work with me and prepare me for this battle that would soon come. I thought about hiring him as my attorney for more than two months. He stayed in contact with me through my choosing process. After making some detailed considerations I chose to go with Mark as my attorney. So I called him back and we worked out a payment plan that fit my family's budget. And with our agreement we started working together. Mark kept this process simple. He helped me at every single step; filing with the state, letters of recommendation, substance use evaluation, drug test, filing, and all the other complexities that come with the judicial system. I remember that the first time I spoke to Mark, he told me "at any point in this process, if you have any questions, call or email me, and I'll do my best to help you." There were many times that I needed help. So I would call or email Mark. And every time I reached out, Mark would respond to my correspondence. He always helped! He proofread all my documents. He caught many of my mistakes. We filed my paperwork and my case lead us to have a hearing. Well, the day before my hearing date, Mark spent more than an hour over the phone preparing me for my interview. The day of my hearing (since I am out of state my hearing was a video call so I didn't have to leave my house!) we were in video conference with the hearing officer, and the hearing officer was pleased with the evidence submitted in my case and I was awarded full restoration of my license. This hearing only took 15 minutes! If I could go back in time, I would have gone with Mark Langshied the first time I petition for my license restoration. My advice to anyone who is fighting a case that is dealing with license restoration or traffic violations in Michigan, is to call Mark Langshied. Talk to him about your case, and I am sure he will help you as much as he helped me. It has been many years since I have had the privilege to drive a motor vehicle. But with Mark Langshied's help, I have full driving privileges restored. Don't waste time and money on the other attorneys, go with the best! Go with Mark Langshied! You won't regret it, I don't!

2 dui and 5 drug and alcohol charges 9 years with no driving privileges!

Hello, my name is Timothy Gee! I had a revoked drivers license from 9-19-09 till 9-5-18 almost 9 years to the day about 5 years in i was at complete acceptance that i would be walking and riding a bicycle forever! I tried on my own from my new residence in Florida at around 7 years with no drivers li...cense and was denied, not knowing how to properly do what the hearing officer wanted! At that time i gave up completely and the acceptance set in even deaper! I was 2 years clean and sober at that time. Thanks, only to alcoholics anonymous! In that time i was able to grow in my industry becoming more financially stable, i decided that i was going to try again just passing my 4 years im sobriety. Now thinking im going to do this right, still ignorant to the process i shought out guidance! Calling lawyers after lawyers getting nothing but put on hold and answering machines. I was getting fed up, till i called Mark W. Langchied! The only lawyer to answer right away and he talk to me on the "frist call i made" for over an hour. At that time i could see his passion for why he does what he does! The following week i hired him. The process started that day 2 hours on the phone he walked me though step by step, helping me dot the i's and cross my T's! 100%! Mark would even bring me up if i was down! So if you're looking for help or dont know what to do! Mark Lanschied is who you need on your team 10/10 A1 help. I would not bat an eye recommending Mark to anyone anywhere! If you do everything he asks of you your chances will skyrocket! Thanks Mark Lanchied! You're the real MVP!

Drivers License Restoration

Mark handled my case of a drivers license (DL) clearance for the Secretary of State (SOS) in Michigan. Mark was very knowledgeable about the entire procedure for a drivers license appeal. He was very organized and thorough in each step of the process to compile the required paperwork to submit to the... SOS. His attention to detail was outstanding, and he ensured that each form and letter was clear, concise, and contained no errors. This is very important as even a small missed detail can result in a denial for a DL appeal. His communication is outstanding; Mark was always available for questions, responded quickly, and never left me waiting. He was very honest and up front about what to expect, informing me of all possible outcomes. I would hire Mark again, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer for a drivers license appeal.
