Christopher James Wallaker

I am an Associate at Bagley & Langan, P.L.L. C. and my practice is primarily focused on real estate and corporate law, including transactions and litigation.

While working full-time I attended Wayne State University Law School at night.   In 2011 I was awarded the Bronze Key Award for Academic Excellence.  During law school I completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Melinda Morris at the Washtenaw County Circuit Court.  I also worked as a law clerk at Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. where I drafted licensing, nondisclosure, and advanced research agreements.  During my time with Toyota I also supported its product liability section performing litigation holds and document collections.  Following law school I served as the law clerk to the Honorable Dennis Powers, 52-1 District Court for the County of Oakland.

Prior to law school, I attended Eastern Michigan University where I dual majored in Political Science and History receiving  Bachelor of Science Degree in 2008.  During my time at Eastern Michigan University I was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha and the Pre-Law Society.
