Kyrsten Niemiec

Kyrsten did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone! I was especially shocked with her because she was a court appointed attorney because I could not afford an attorney on my own! I have heard horror stories about getting a court appointed attorney, they are not getting paid their usual fe...e when they are appointed and more than likely have to wait months to get what their owed by their client. Kyrsten did not let that affect the way she handled my case, and most importantly to me she treated me with kindness, generosity, and respect! Which coming into the court room or going to meet your attorney in shackles, chains, and stripes it's hard to get respect. I was facing a 15year felony, had a horrible drug problem, 8 misdemeanors on my record, and 2 years prior had served 3 months in County Jail and 6 months in a rehab facility! So needless to say my odds were not good and then having to ask someone to have faith in me that I'm going to get out and stay clean and be the mother I should to my 3 beautiful children, I would have laughed in my own face! But, Mrs. Niemiec did nothing of the sort, she got my charged dropped down, got me on probation instead of jail/prison, and even plead her case and her faith in me to have the judge release me on a PR bond, and he did!! I'm so Thankful to Kyrsten for everything that she did for me and I'm very blessed to say that I have been sober ever since, I will be celebrating 1 year of sobriety on Nov 1st, God Willing, because someone believed in me when there was nothing to believe in, and it Gave me hope and courage to fight for my life!!!! Thank you again!!!
