It was reduced down from the “Super-drunk” to an Operating While Visibly Impaired. Also, got the Prosecutor to Dismiss the “Refuse Portable Breath Test” Plus meeting in Ann Arbor with the officer to have him also drop the charges “refuse portable breath test “ at the hearing .
