Started a divorce with Michelle. Nice person, but to passive to the point we had 2 total waste mediations and one pre arbitration that went no were. That is $1000's of my money wasted. Not assertive, to passive to get the job done. Here is the kicker, after 10 months and paying her every... month weeks before the arbitration date she wants to resign. Talk about leaving me in a BIG problem. I lost my job and all she wanted was 2 months of payments. I had money coming but she could not wait!! Had to have her money NOW. I had to find a new attorney at the last minute. This cost me $1000's extra!!! I would not recommend her. I was advised by all attorneys I talked to I could take her to the judge and they would never allow this, but how can anyone trust her now to represent me fairly? BEWARE!!!
