In Michigan , does a newspaper have to take an article out of it's archives if that article exposes an expunged conviction ?

That law certainly only applies to articles published after expungement. Papers will not go back and change time. What is on the Internet will stay...

Generally a settlement covers everything. I doubt the eeoc would continue a case where you settled with the employer. Do check with your attorney...

There is no law on this. You are free to not work with them if its too far. You are an at will employee and they don't owe any duty to pay travel...
