I recently got a misd. For trespassing, can I have it dropped as a civil infraction and if so what is the penalty?

There is plenty to be done. Get a local lawyer familiar with the 35th District Court and the Northville Township prosecutor and go from there.

Unless the kids are the named owners on the cars. Then you don't have to protect your assets, but they are still at risk.
