It depends on the court and who your attorney knows. It's a very uphill battle. The good news is points disappear after two years, so drive safe.

You might want to explore an Expungement if you are eligible. That could set aside the conviction.

I would say its a plus factor. I would certainly mention it if I were arguing the expungement on your behalf.
