Robert D. Mouradian

My husband had a default judgment put against him and by the time we were aware of this the time to appeal this matter had expired. The documents stated that my husband had been served which was not true as we were living in another state. I tried over and over again to contact the company to addr...ess this matter but never received any response from them. This went on for more than 5 years. I finally started reading posts on some of the internet forums from other people that had similar issues with this company. I came across a few of Mr. Mouradian's replies to these people. He was truly trying to help these people. His communication with them rang so sincere that I decided to seek him out to assist me with my husband's matter. From the first phone conversation I felt like I was in good hands. Mr. Mouradian's communication was better than any client could possibly expect both by phone and email. He always made certain I was aware of the status and more than that, he always took the time to make certain I understood his legal approach. Mr. Mouradian worked on this matter for 9 mos. He made certain all (i's) and (t's) were dotted. He went the extra mile in his research and took the time to explain what it all meant to me. He at no time ever made promises he couldn't keep. He only promised to do his best for me and that is what he delivered. It turns out judgments as old as this one was are very difficult to have dismissed. At the end of the day this is exactly what Mr. Mouradian accomplished. It only happened because Mr. Mouradian invested a great deal of his time being prepared for all possibilities. This is an attorney that cares about his clients and he takes pride in his work. At no time did I feel like I was just another" hamburger". At the end of the day I have came to realize that Mr. Mouradian is a wonderfully competent attorney but what makes him "fantastic" is the fact that he is a "Good Man". With respect to his fees, I am too ashamed to post my bill. I will tell you that Mr. Mouradian's fees are beyond fair and reasonable and that I walked away with a winning result and a feeling that I should have been charged more for his efforts and time. My final word is simply to tell you that Mr. Mouradian is an honor to his profession and I would highly recommend him.

This was a tremendous experience. I had a hearing come up and with less than a week before I decided to seek advice so I created a profile on about 8 different free legal forums on the internet. Of the 8, only 3 sites did I even receive a reply to my question, 1 of them was an inadequate reply,... and one of them was from another lawyer who left me hanging halfway through the discussion (presumably because he didn't get money), and the 3rd was this guy who saved the day. This attorney talked with me over the phone and was as responsive as humanly possible. Email and phone response time as well as the amount of time that he spent with me on the phone was astonishing. I'm giving him 5 stars on each category: Trustworthy - I was so happy with his advice and help that when he asked me to supply a review afterwards, I had offered him the opportunity to write his own review and then just have me post it. He passed on that and asked me to do my own review with my own words, thus he passes the test for having honesty and integrity with flying colors. Responsive - Astonishing, couldn't ask for anything more. My honest first reaction was that he was not a good businessman because he was giving me WAY too much free information and advice and investing WAY too much time on me not knowing if I would even be a candidate to want to pay him money for his services. Knowledgeable - Fantastic. He provided me w/ the precise statute number that specifically applied to my case and supplied me with several bullet point home runs that required me in court to just say a couple of sentences and I smashed the Defendant. He had the foresight to give me some courtroom tactical advice by suggesting to not preemptively challenge the Defendant with all of my points until after he spoke because he could see the Defendant was going to take an incorrect position first for the record, and to rebut with my sentiments after letting him talk his away into a dead end, which he ended up doing just that. Kept me informed - He had lots of tips, information, and prepared me for every angle of this case on several areas. It was overkill for how well I was prepared and equipped for this hearing. At one point it looked like the Defendant was about to cry. So it may be a little sad from his perspective, but not from mine over here on the winning side! Basically, I like this lawyer A LOT! :)
