Nicholas Nahorski

I am an associate attorney at Foley, Baron, Metzger & Juip, PLLC, in Livonia, Michigan.  My practice includes the representation of pharmacies, pharmacists and their businesses in health care related regulatory matters such as audits and administrative actions, as well as the representation of hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice and general liability actions.  I also have an expansive practice that involves product liability and commercial litigation; business torts; regulatory compliance; family law; general corporate and business services; and appeals.

Before joining Foley, Baron, Metzger & Juip, PLLC, I worked as an associate for an insurance defense firm in Saint Joseph, Michigan, where I specialized in medical and legal malpractice defense. In addition to this work, I represented clients in commercial litigation matters as well as first and third-party no-fault cases, premises liability matters and general negligence claims. In law school I served as a clerk at a large law firm in Chicago, and also as an intern for a non-denominational, faith-based mission on Chicago's west side.

I am admitted to practice in Michigan and Indiana, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan; the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana; and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Michigan.
