Gary Bloom is the senior member of the firm. He has very successfully practiced personal injury law for over thirty years.
He has had scores of trials and handled thousands of cases, some involving multi-million dollar verdicts or settlements, and many more cases that resulted in verdicts or settlements of substantial sums.
He is a member of the million dollar advocates forum, exclusively reserved for lawyers who have successfully achieved verdicts in excess of one million dollars. He is a stalwart and sustaining member of both the American Trial Lawyers Association and Michigan Trial Lawyers.
He is known as a "straight talker" for his ability to analyze the facts, apply the law, and tell the client exactly what he thinks, even though it is sometimes not what the client wants to hear. Good or bad, he will tell the client the straight truth and will explain why.
His favorite comments are as follows:
I love what I do. I really help my clients and enjoy doing so.
I am in the same boat with a client, paddling in the same direction. The more money I obtain for the client, the more money I obtain for myself. For every dollar I get, the client gets two, and the client's share is tax free.
I do more than what is necessary in order to obtain an excellent result for the client.
When a client retains Gary Bloom, they can be assured of the highest level of legal services available. This is because of experience and a concentration of practice over many years, I won't handle any cases except those that help the victims of accidents obtain a fair and just recovery by settlement, if possible, or by trial, if necessary, because that is what I like to do.
