You can sue both the operator (minor) and the owner of the vehicle involved for up to $1000 of property damage not covered by insurance.

You have to specify the exact location of the defect. Did she take a photo of it? Was it a street, sidewalk, playground, picnic area, etc. ?

Your insurance company will provide legal counsel. There is no limit per se on how much she can be awarded. She could also be awarded nothing.

I believe having unprotected sex with someone without revealing HIV status is a crime. If convicted restitution may be ordered paid to you.
