My Discipline of 2004 was very upsetting. A Reprimand is the least form of discipline. After 42 years this is the only problem I incurred. The factual basis of the client's claim involved a fee dispute. The client disputed my fee that was determined to be fair and filed a complaint against me for reasons created by deception on it's part. The cost of defending my position did not justify the legal expense involved. The client avoided my fee and would not dismiss the complaint.

Scum bag
He had me drive to him when I don't have a license. Cancelled my hearing for his own reasons. Ignored me since because he was paid in full. His contract has been breached. Refuses refund. Very unprofessional.
