Carl did a wonderful job helping me with my Divorce in 2012. I was going through a divorce before a deployment with the Army. Carl helped me get all the paperwork done before I left and applied for a special case to allow me to be present in court via telephone to finalize the divorce. This was excep...tionally convenient for me so I didn't have to wait until returning home to finally divorce. Carl used his expertise and experience to swiftly and easily settle my divorce and I can't thank him enough.

I am a teen mom. I was 16 when i had my daughter. Her father has barley been in her life other then the last few years. He loves to take me to court once to twice a year and every time Carl has been there helping me through every step of the way. He has worked with me on explaining the situations we ...are in and whats going to happen along the way. Yes he can be hard to get a hold of but when were in the court room he is always on top of his game!!! I'm very thankful that he is there right beside me through the very tough time i go through every time i get the court paperwork!!! I tell everyone I can about how amazing this man is!!!

I can only describe the feeling left after working with Carl for almost the past year as BETRAYED! He said all of the right things and assured my husband and I that he would be the best fit for our case as he knew his way around the custody proceedings in Wayne Co. He also sweetened it up by telling ...us how will he knew the Judge assigned to our case. We happily paid the $3500 retainer and felt as though we were in good hands. Needless to say a year passes and I'd say about a total of 8ish actual hours were spent on our Solid Case ( if you do the math he received about $437 or so her hour, I must add that nearly a 1/4th of the time we spent talking was gibberish about his past and such ) During our last meeting before actually seeing the Judge he Completely flipped his script and Scare Tactic-teed my husband into agreeing to obscene custody terms as I was completely shut out of the meeting for absolutely no reason other than the fact that he knew those sorts of tactics would not work on me. I would not recommend using this Attorney to anyone !

I have used Carl as my attorney multiple times & for mutliple cases since 1988. Carl is a very caring person. The best way to describe him would be in his own words from our first meeting......"I don't consider myself a divorce lawyer, I considered myself a problem solver." Some things I have gone to... him for have been cut & dry, others have taken him time to figure out how to win the case for me. I truly can not say that I ever walked away from the courtroom as the loser. And as far as recommending him, everytime I know of someone that needs an attorney, I tell them about Carl.
