I contacted Courtney regarding a case, and they informed me that they had an expert review my medical records. I signed release forms so that they could get all of the medical records for review, in addition to those I already provided. I was told the expert said I had no case, but it was for the wro...ng issue. When I asked Courtney and his legal aid Jim Orr numerous times if they asked the expert about a very important piece to the case, they never replied. I also asked them numerous times if they had requested some vital records for review, they wouldn't respond. I asked for a copy of those records, no response. I asked if it was possible for me to confirm that information with the medical expert and they did reply that it is not the usual policy and that I would have to pay for the experts time. I agreed to pay because I wanted to confirm that they actually contacted an expert, received my medical records, and gave the correct information regarding why I wanted to sue. But, no response. Which leaves me to believe they can't be trusted. Beware.
