Biography
I have been blessed with the opportunity of joining my father in his practice, as well as venturing out into areas he was not able to do because of his teaching career. I have represented individuals as a court-appointed attorney in the Livingston County Probate Court, as well as represented individuals in divorce proceedings. I have completed an extensive training course for bankruptcy attorneys to allow me to represent individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. I feel that my experience, both legal and personal, allows me to counsel my client, as well as address their legal needs.
For more than 30 years my father has built a practice with his skill and reputation. It is my ambition to continue to grow the practice, but still keep the personal touch he has achieved all these years. Clients are not customers- they are people seeking help and advice in very personal and sometimes painful situations, and deserve to be treated as such and have those needs addressed with compassion and professionalism.
