Lisa H. Beatty

Lisa H. Beatty received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, and her Juris Doctorate from the Detroit College of Law, now Michigan State University College of Law. She has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 1997, and has concentrated her practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning, probate, conservatorships and guardianships.

Lisa’s focus is to present peace of mind for families and individuals who are navigating life’s more-difficult transitions. Lisa provides specialized advice in estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents. She also offers caring elder law advocacy, helping clients obtain benefits covering the costs of long-term care, including Medicaid and VA benefits. Her firm, the Nawrocki Center for Elder and Family Law, PLLC, is widely known for having extensive knowledge and expertise, as well as the exceptional level of care provided to each and every one of its clients and their families.

Before joining the Nawrocki Center for Elder and Family Law, PLLC, Lisa was an attorney for the UAW Legal Services Plans, where she provided legal advice and representation in a variety of matters, including estate planning, family law, consumer complaints, utility disputes, Social Security matters, contracts, probate, real estate, tax, and debt defense.
