Hello, First thing first, thank you, John. My case has been pretty interesting but you pulled through. Due to the lack of diligence and update from the previous attorney I had, I ended up with a charge I had no idea of. In 2015, as a transitioning Army veteran, I was enroute to my military disabil...ity appointment in Loma Linda. I was coming from San Diego so I had to use my GPS because I had no clue where this particular hospital was located. While enroute and following the GPS the turn made was apparently illegal. The officer pulled me over and I was almost late to my disability appointment. While frustrated and EXTREMELY pregnant I reached out to the VA to let them know of the situation. I maintained my appointment at the VA and left. Due to being pregnant and the court date was set a month later, I hired an attorney. The attorney went to court and I wasn't in the system and he told me not to worry about it and that the officer had 1 year to activate the ticket and to look out for any communication via mail. I never received anything before I decided to move to be near the hospital and work in San Diego. I had my son in Feb 2016. I received a letter in June stating my taxes would be taken and then weeks later my wages were garnished. Then I called Hyatt Legal and they referred me back to the firm and then I met John. The first thing he said was that this was a mess. But, he will do everything he could to try to help me and he has never dealt with something such as this situation. then he checked on my case to see that my license had something on it. I had a bench warrant etc. I was so scared! All I could think of was what if my son and I were pulled over...then what? So John worked it and made it HAPPEN! Of course, the officer didn't show up to the court which all charges were dropped and my garnishment, for the most part, had been returned to date. Awesome follow-up from the beginning and came back even better after a VACATION. Thank you!

It was hard to trust someone who you had not met face to face however after the phone call, I knew he knew how to win! He presented me with his strategies.
