My mother passed away in 2021 and had written a holographic will, which stated how she wanted her estate settled. We had to go Probate Court. My mother hired Mr. Wald for her final update to her trust and will about a year before her death. When mom died Mr. Wald guided my sister through the process of executing her trust. We were pleased with his expertise and clarity. The process went very smoothly, mostly because he can see around c...orners and knows what to expect before it happens.
