Stay away from this "Attorney for Veterans" - He is neither a good attorney or a man of honor

Attorney Kevin Nagle is the lowest form of an attorney. He claims to assist veterans because he was a veteran himself. He may have been a veteran but he has cause more harm to those disabled veterans he "represented" and is a poor excuse for a man of honor or ethics. He takes large sums of money, com...mits outright malpractice, and ghosts his client's when they try and reach him to request the basic legal rights when he has been fired. Attorney Nagle took a large retainer and for two weeks work spent $10,000.00 and even requested another $10,000.00 and then failed to adequately represent a client in a very important hearing. He has been contacted by the client's new counsel for over four (4) months and by the client himself to request a simple billing statement and client files. As of July 6, 2022, Attorney Kevin Nagle has blatantly and with great malice ghosted the new counsel and his ex-client. He does not represent veterans, especially disabled veterans, and he is not someone to be trusted in any court proceeding. His failure to adequately prepared for a hearing and showing up an hour before the hearing (without preparing his client) and then forgets to provide the needed documents for the judge to decide the outcome of the hearing. RESULT: Attorney Kevin Nagle failed every aspect of the hearing and set his disabled veteran client so far behind that his client was forced to pay over $500.00 in attorney fees that day. STAY AWAY FROM ATTORNEY KEVIN NAGLE

Very knowledgeable and professional

Kevin has been an amazing attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable at the same time. He goes over every step of the process I didn’t feel lost in the system with Kevin . I’ve had previous attorneys for other matters and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. His professional is u...nmatched.

Mr Nagel is a consummate professional

Mr. Nagel is very good at what he does, he represented me in a recent legal/criminal matter. Mind you, I have hired numerous paid attorneys over the years. Let’s just say that prior to meeting Kevin (Due to past experience), I did not have much faith in the concept of legal counsel. Luckily for me th...ings were different this time. Mr. Nagel exceeded my expectations by far! His professionalism was impeccable, he was attentive to every detail of my case, highly knowledgeable and he treated me as a friend rather than another docket number. I was facing a substantial amount of jail time (4 years). Knowing what kind of impact a sentence like this could have on myself and my family, Kevin fought tooth and nail to ensure the best possible outcome. To my surprise, he not only got the best possible outcome. He got my case dropped completely! I would not hesitate to hire him again if the need ever arises. Thanks Kevin!

Confidence and respect

I requested a court appointed attorney once I was placed as a respondent on a case. Mr. Nagle was kind, courteous, and respectful when explaining the proceedings. He confidently stated he knew what he was doing and that I should listen to his advice. This seemed to be a normal reaction to new clients.... I was already confident that he would help me to his best ability but his "No-bull" toned statement gave me assurance that I was in good hands. He was exemplary in the courtroom. After the session he talked with me on what the next steps in the case we're. After I was removed for the case and he was released he sat with me one last time to give me information and advice for the future if and when I may need. I aim to have him on my side once again should the need ever occur.
