Karen Ann Carver

Karen was an associate assisting a more senior attorney in her office defending my daughter in an OWI case. As such, it fell to her to do much of the research and legwork to support a very unusual defense. She also handled the preliminary motion which successfully allowed us to claim this defense. Sh...e interviewed witnesses, prepared evidence, kept us informed, and made strategy suggestions which turned out to be critically important. Her assistance and instinct at trial helped result in acquittal of my daughter. She has a brilliant future ahead of her.
