I have been battling a tax issue for over 10 years. I could not get the issue resolved. The IRS placed a lien on me, and also a garnishment. I hired Lyle to represent me with an estate matter. I was straight forward with all of the issues, paid a large retainer up front and clearly articulated the scope of work. He did not inform me of a hearing to contest my PR for the estate, I was out of the area on business. Instead of representing ...me and the work I had done as the PR, he did not offer any rebuttal to false evidence presented. The judge removed me as PR. The estate is a mess, none of the heirs have received their rightful payments and Lyle submitted additional billing to the court of which he had already been paid. I hired another attorney who got me reinstated as PR but it was too late to save some of the estate assets, one of the heirs sold the most valuable items at pawn and these cannot be recovered. A disabled heir received far less than they should have due to Lyle's incompetence.
