Jay is amazing!! I was having issues with my landlord regarding a water issue. When I threatened to break my lease, my landlord started harassing me so I called Jay and asked him to represent me. Not only did Jay get me out of my situation, but he made it seem so effortless and lifted all the stress ...off my shoulders so I could focus on finding a new place.
