X company hired this lawyer to handle my case. It was a nightmare. He would do anything just to get you started, he misfiled my information, he did not do advertisement for my case, and the result was blaming USCIS. Your first meeting with Dehai will sound excellent experience but wait until he files.... Don't be fooled by the good reviews. If your company wants to hire this attorney be ready to take the responsibility. Never to mention the worst customer service ever represented by his wife I guess.

They got approvals for one H1B which was denied(By applying MTR) and also got a couple of I-140 approvals which were very complicated. They are up to date on Immigration and DOL matters.
