Jillian Marie Marchi

My experience with Jillian on the application for my I-140 was great. I must say that Jillian is an excellent attorney! Her guidance through the process was outstanding, she is patient to explain the stages and meticulously compiled all the required document. She is very prompt to respond to requests... and giving relevant information in tandem with requirements. Her work ethics is outstanding, she is quite respectful too. I would hire her again and again if need be. I totally enjoyed working with her and Erika her assistant, and I would recommend them and the organization all the time for all legal and immigration processes, which I have actually done. To be honest, I was doubtful, at first, about the potentials of my I-140 application getting approved. The reason is simple: 99% of success stories of cases for the National Interest Waiver (NIW) that I have read have largely been disciplines, especially in Molecular Biology, Computer Science or Engi...neering, Physics, Biological or Environmental Engineering and other related fields in the sciences and engineering. I have not come across any case with I-140 approval in the Humanities. However, my confidence became bolstered when I read the final draft of the legal brief. My mind was cleared of all doubts. I hired Jillian Marie to file my I-140 in March 2021. She took the least amount of time to prepare my case. It took me only two weeks to submit my petition. Unlike other attorneys, Jillian only asked for very minimal documents and writings from me. Unfortunately, I received an RFE after one year.... Jillian showed very high professionalism to reply the RFE and prepared everything for me. Dealing with Jillian was a pleasing experience as she never left me alone. I did not have a couple of documents to submit, but Jillian prepared the strategy to bypass that. I got my I-140 approved in November 2022. Jillian shared a comprehensive guideline to file I-485 even without being hired for that. I highly appreciate Jillian's patience with me during the whole process.
