She is very professional and knows what they are doing. She responds to my inquiries in a timely manner. Genuine advice. I wanted to do a premium processing for my i-140 application. They advised me not to do that and to save my money (2.5K + 250 $ fees=2.75 K). I followed their advice, and two weeks... later, I got my i140 approval notice.
