I am very impressed with the professionalism of chen immigration staff and more than that the humane way they deal with their clients. I did not feel like just a case on their list but felt that they cared for not only your immigrantion matrers but you as a person. The staff were patient, prompt and ...ready to answer any difficult questions and never made me feel like I was a burdening them with my questions which I must admit were at one point repetitive but staff dealt it with a great attitude. I have decided that any of my immigration needs will be dealt with Chen immigration.
