I advise clients with regard to estate planning options including trusts, wills, pour over wills, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, patient advocate designations and related documents. I assist clients in the funding of their living or inter vivos trusts. I also provide gift tax advice and help clients make retirement fund decisions related to their estate plan.

I form and advise for profit and not for profit businesses. I also provide ongoing advice as well as defend and prosecute litigation when disputes arise.

I help the personal representative, trustee or surviving family member choose the most appropriate manner in which to probate an estate or administer a trust. I prepare and file whatever documents are needed and determine what direction to give my client in regards to the tasks best fitted for them to accomplish.

I represent husbands and wives in custody and non-custody cases. I have served as a family court referee early in my legal career. My cases involve negotiated property settlements and alimony issues as well as parenting time disputes. I have represented clients at hearings, mediations, trials and on appeal.
