I have a conditional resident card, me and my spouse are separated, not divorce, what can i do to remove the card's conditions?

File Form I-751...recommend using an attorney to help with evidence...you can start the divorce if you desire but make sure an immigration attorney...

Make sure you do not leave the USA for more than 180 days (six months) or else USCIS will presume that you have abandoned your permanent residency....

Yes but if you respond with the evidence requested, then the RFE should get approved. Talk to your immigration lawyer.
