I believe the law is a "helping profession" and my job is to protect my clients and help solve their problems.
One of my early influences was the great American novel, To Kill a Mockingbird, by Harper Lee. I was inspired by the strength of character of Atticus Fitch. To this day, I believe the law is a noble calling and requires a practitioner to be an example of good character to his/her community.
Certainly being a parent, grandparent, and spouse have been the crucible experiences of my life. I also take great stock in attending two wonderful universities, The University of Michigan and Wayne State University.
Traveling and reading are my favorite hobbies which, together with a strong liberal arts and legal education, have contributed to a broad world view of people and their experiences.
I am an active Rotarian and charter member of Ann Arbor Rotary West. I'm also pleased to serve on a district committee for the Rotary Foundation as scholarship chair.
Over the years I have represented a wide variety of clients and appreciate the opportunity to assist with solving each client’s legal concerns.
