Horrible lawfirm acting as a debt collection agency! I have been in a situation for a few years with a previous landlord (where they were at fault reporting incorrect information). Re-opened a case that was filed against me by them, went to court and they failed to appear. Received a Order from the ...Judge to set aside a motion for default. Case should have been closed. Ms. Martin "attorney at law" purchased the debt and started flagging my credit all three bureau's. Ignored my many phone calls trying to explain my case, sent them paperwork and continued to give me a headache for 4 months. Denied my request to settle (because I just wanted it to be removed from my credit). Spoke with another attorney and was advised that what she was doing was illegal. Horrible service even more horrible to speak with. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this crap office!
