Sufen filed the O-1A petition case for me. Overall, Sufen has done an excellent job and is a trusted lawyer. After the analysis of my background and the criteria for O-1A, we determin...ed to format the petition documents focusing on "Authorship of scholarly articles in the field", "Participation as a judge of the work of others in the field", "Original scientific, scholarly contributions of major significance in the field", and "Serving in a critical or essential capacity for organizations or establishments that have a distinguished reputation". The petition letter was constructed after all supporting documents were collected. The letter then experienced several modifications over meetings and finally, all petition materials were submitted. After RFE requests arrived, another meeting was held to properly answer the RFE. We determined to 1. emphasize the "Original contribution" by modifying letters from professionals to reveal the importance of research to the science community and the industry evolution, by providing criteria on how the research funding was selected and continued, and by explaining the impact of research in more detail on how my research idea influenced other scientists throughout the world in their research. 2. provide solid proof to prove the employer is a prestige company in the field, how the company plays an important role in R & D for the industry, and my important role in the company. Sufen laid out correct directions and how each category in the RFE could be answered. After the collection of the RFE material, she wrote another RFE document, answering each question carefully. To summarize, she is definitely a professional lawyer and is highly recommended.

Sufen have help my father get his green card after 7years struggle with USCIS. My father case was very complicated according to other immigration lawyers and someone of them refuse to work on it. However, Sufen went above and beyond and found away for him to get his green card. We had initial setb...ack but she continue to work on the case behind the scene and found new ways for us to move forward. I would definitely recommend her for immigration paperwork.
