Biography
Kevin is President of Bannon & Associates. He has expertise in representing large and small businesses in sophisticated transactions dealing with an extreme range of business situations. Kevin is proud that the firm has maintained an attentive, personal approach to clients' needs and has cultivated a more accessible approach to law that may not be present in larger firms.
Kevin received his Doctorate of Juridical Science from the University of Detroit in 1987. His undergraduate degree in accounting and finance was obtained in 1984 from the University of Detroit. In 1991 Kevin obtained a master in taxation from Walsh College. Kevin is also a licensed real estate broker and builder and has been involved in numerous real estate development projects throughout the country. Kevin has also received special advanced training in the area of mediation and negotiations as well as a certificate of completion in Estate Planning from ICLE. He has also been instrumental in the creation and development of several local charities in the southeastern Michigan area.
