Keith M. Aretha

My practice is focused on taxation, corporate and business law, and estate planning. I routinely counsel clients with respect to all aspects of business planning, including entity selection, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganiza­tions, succession planning, and general tax advice. I have counseled numerous clients on international business transactions, chiefly in the areas of inbound transactions and cross-border trucking operations. I also have extensive experience in resolving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and other tax agencies. In addition, I counsel clients in estate planning matters, specializing in the preparation of trusts and sophisticated estate planning devices relating to federal estate tax.
