Biography
Mr. Buttiglieri is a popular speaker and writer on topics in his focus areas. He is able to hold the attention of attorneys and non-attorneys. For years, he has often been a featured presenter at the annual ICLE Probate and Estate Planning Seminar and at other ICLE seminars. Recently he was the speaker at the Wayne County Probate Court Guardian Ad Litem seminar on the topic of probate litigations and spoke to the Macomb County Probate Bar Association on Creditors’ Claims in Estate Administration.
Mr. Buttiglieri has served as mediator on many cases over the years. In 2012, he became a certified mediator. For a number of years he served as a member of the Supreme Court Subcommittee on Standard Jury Instructions for Probate Court.
