I am currently a defendant in a debt collection case managed by this firm. For the past six months, I have repeatedly requested an itemized ledger of my debt to verify the claimed amount, yet the firm has consistently ignored my requests. If you are dealing with this firm, be aware: they will withhold information, misrepresent your status to avoid direct contact, and only provide documentation when pressured by professional oversight bodies. Their conduct is unprofessional and highly questionable.
