Khloe R. Hamama

Khloe Hamama is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance
defense, including premises liability, automobile negligence, employment litigation, and general
tort defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Khloe gained diverse legal experience through judicial, prosecutorial,
and private practice roles. She served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Yasmine I. Poles of
the Oakland County Circuit Court, externed with the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office, and
worked in private practice on matters involving community association law, real estate,
immigration, and criminal law. Through these experiences, Khloe developed a strong foundation
in legal research and writing, motion practice, case analysis, and client advocacy.
Khloe earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law,
graduating one semester early. During law school, she served as President and a founding
member of the Chaldean American Law Student Association and as Secretary of the Immigration
Law Association. She also completed a 40-hour general civil mediation training program.
A first-generation attorney and refugee, Khloe immigrated to the United States with her family
after fleeing religious persecution in Iraq. Her experience shaped her appreciation for the rule of
law and the perspective she brings to her legal practice
