OUTCOME: Favorable settlement.

Client, passenger, was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler. Liability was disputed as there were allegations claiming the clients driver of the vehicle break-checked the truck, ultimately resulting in the col ... lision. We were able to recover the maximum amount from the insurance coverage of his vehicle as well as a substantial amount from the trucker, even though the facts were not favorable to the client.
