I am presently the Chief Operating Officer of Sommers Schwartz, P.C. and I focus my law practice on business finance, real estate and banking.
I represent various lenders in all types of commercial loan transactions, from structuring and documenting complex loan originations to handling loan workouts and remedial actions. I also represent real estate clients in purchase and sale transactions, leasing, construction and property development and have extensive experience in advising borrowers regarding real estate loan transactions. I regularly counsels clients in connection with a variety of complex business transactions.
