Represented Homeowners in negotiation of loan modifications with their lenders, including face-to-face meetings. Performed forensic audits on available loan documents. Appeared at eviction hearings on behalf of homeowners. Challenged evictions on appeal and filed affirmative defenses under TILA, RESPA, and other consumer protection statutes.

Was house counsel for 36th District Court, represented indigent clients charged with misdemeanor offenses in one of the nation's busiest district courts. Appeared on behalf of clients charged with felonies such as DUI, assault and battery, and breaking and entering in the Third Circuit Court for Wayne County.

Represented clients in administrative proceedings regarding proposed developments which impacted the environment. Assisted in litigation of citizen suits under the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and CERCLA. Represented Plaintiffs in Toxic Tort Litigation, and was second chair at trial.
