Parisa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is an extremely intelligent and excellent attorney. She reviewed my case thoroughly and made me feel supported when I was facing some scary charges. Parisa had my DV case dismissed. I talked to more than 20 criminal defense attorneys before retaining her; some sounded unsure or lacked confidence in winning, even though my case was not even strong and clearly fabricated by my ex. Parisa is different from other attorneys. She doesn’t interrupt me ...and would patiently listen to my concerns first. She gives off a calm, confident, and ruthless impression, which is why I retained her. She also informs and emails me quickly of every step and detail, such as motions she’s filing or evidence she receives. Other attorneys are not this detail-oriented. Additionally, she confirms your professional status, such as your medical license or immigration status, to ensure the result won’t negatively affect you. She is patient with her clients but very effective and ruthless in court. She isn't afraid to go to trial if needed. While she and her firm can be very expensive, she never says things like “I am expensive” or “Can you afford me” to make you feel uncomfortable. If you are concerned about your career or immigration status, you want to retain her because she and her firm will do everything possible to obtain a dismissal or a not-guilty verdict. On the first day in court while I walked through security with Parisa, the officer at the door pulled my arm and whispered “you hired a great lawyer”. He could not have been more right. I retained Parisa to fight domestic abuse charges and a personal protection order, which my ex wife filed during... divorce proceedings. It was a tough time and a complicated situation, having to move out of my house with just the clothes on me and facing the prospect of losing my kids and everything I have built through the years. She obtained things that the government “ Prosecution” Was not aware that we had nor did we have to submit as evidence that we used in trial, which was incredibly damaging to the so-called victim. I have never heard nor experienced a lawyer like Parisa at my trial with her ability to impeach, discredit, And embarrass the so-called victim on the stand that a panel of six women and one man all came back unanimously not guilty. Mind you, I have had a criminal history that was in the past levels that were not violent that she navigated around the governments ability to use at trial as well as even setting forth the motion To just use the term victim at the trial, so it could not be said. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Parisa and her team that also stands behind her because when you hire her, you hire all of them as well. Every single one of them are a 10 out of 10 and probably the best law in the state of Michigan above and when I say above Jeffrey Figer, which is Hard to beat. They are 100% again worth every dollar I am not an easy person to sometimes deal with! But Parisa 100% talk to me at any point of the day or night, calmed me, reassured me, and also was straightforward again which I appreciate more than anything about the potential seriousness of the allegations that were against me. She never lied to me. She never promised me anything nor did she ever tell me with everything that I had that I was OK or good and she could get it done. She kept it 100% with me, She is one of the most straightforward, honest people that I’ve honestly genuinely ever met. I am a finance manager at a local car dealership, I can tend to feed and read through a lot of the BS. She is very genuine.
