Medina D. Abdun-Noor

Innovative, out-of-the-box, and solutions-driven best characterizes Medina Noor’s approach to the practice of law. Medina’s practice areas include Real Estate Law and Business Law with emphasis on Organizational Development and Design, Strategic Procurement, Government Contracting, and Administrative/Regulatory Law.

Medina received her Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Michigan State University – School of Law where she received numerous awards for scholarship, legal ethics, oral advocacy, and appellate writing.

Medina is active in various business organizations including the National Institute of Government Procurement, the Michigan Minority Suppliers Development Council, and the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary. She is also a current member and former board member and committee chairman of the Wolverine Bar Association.

She is a past member of the Michigan Public Purchasing Officers Association and a former trustee of the city of Detroit General Retirement System and the Police and Fire Retirement System.

As a leader in Michigan political affairs, she has served on transition teams for several elected officials and worked on legal teams for gubernatorial, county, and mayoral elections. Medina is admitted to practice in Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
