My practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. With over 30 years of intellectual property experience, I have worked with companies of all sizes, ranging from Fortune 500 Corporations to small companies. I have handled major litigation in all technology areas and tried cases relating to patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights in state and federal courts throughout the country and in a number of international forums.
I also counsel clients on the acquisition, management and licensing of intellectual property. I primarily practice in the automotive, medical device, consumer electronics, and industrial manufacturing industries.
