Mr. Kohn truly deserves all the recognition in the world! Before he took my case I was at my wits end. I was in a SEVERE (near fatal) car accident on May 26th 2017. I suffered a closed head injury, a broken pelvis, a broken tailbone & a traumatic brain injury amongst so many other injuries that I wil...l suffer with for the rest of my days. The TV lawyers are exactly what they are...they are for TV!!! If you have not been hit by a big truck you might as well forget it! I haven’t dealt with all the tv lawyers but this one in Particular their name rhymes with free..one of the lawyers at his firm was strictly worried about putting money into her pockets & not truly concerned or was fighting for me! Mr. Kohn reluctantly but openly took my case only after the lawyer who’s name again rhymes with free would not pick up my PIP case. I had just pulled into my gym parking lot after work in November 2015, when I received a call that noone ever wants to get. My mom had been involved in a horrible car accident where she was rearended. I raced to the scene of the accident, and was horrified when I saw her face, as her air bags had fai...led to deploy. The accident resulted in her brand new car being totaled, and debilitating pain that she will live with for the rest of her life. Mr Kohn was recommended to her by a family friend after we decided that someone should be held responsible for the damage they ensued. During the litigation process, my father unexpectedly and tragically passed away from cancer. Both the accident and my father's passing has left my family devastated, especially my mom. Mr. Kohn never stopped fighting for my mom, even when she was doubtful that she would win her case. I can't thank him enough for walking her through the entire process, and winning her case!
