Going through a divorce is a very stressful time for any person, and when they hire a lawyer, they are looking for someone they can trust and feel that they care. I did not appreciate how I was treated and lost my trust my lawyer to represent me as she made me feel that she was the opposing counci...l every time I talked or emailed her. Her behavior and email tones shocked me as this is not how a lawyer should treat her clients. She canceled multiple meetings claiming that she was busy including the one I requested to meet in person as I was never able to meet with her in person. I feel that she over-charged me for reviewing documents that she clearly did not even read, and for drafting what were clearly template documents. Overall, the charges are not justified in my view. I had to fire this law firm.
