Eric R. Gloudemans

Eric R. Gloudemans is a must have lawyer and is now my permanent lawyer when it comes to family matters. Not only does he have a great rapport amongst judges and his other fellow colleagues in the community(which I consider essential to case outcomes) but he actually takes pride in knowing, relating,... and understanding his client. He digs deep with precise scrutiny and his applicative process of knowledge consumed acquires insurmountable results that sets a precedent for others to live up too. His value exceeds any monetary fee charged for his services. He always maintained open lines of communication with me and he always did what was right for me and not for his pockets. I am truly thankful for all he has done in my case and I have him locked in permanently for future matters that may choose to arise. If you pass up on him then you have inevitably made the decision to pass up on winning!

Going in to my divorce I explained money was tight but I needed it done right. They apparently took this as a personal challenge and have been trying to milk me for all I am worth. It started after my initial attorney left the firm, and I got assigned to this man. He has been unreachable (I have ca...lled and e-mailed and it still took 3 weeks to hear from him, and he didn't address any of the questions I had) and done absolutely nothing to actually get my case to trial. It started with the summons. Instead of taking the appropriate steps (I need to file for alternate service in order to serve my ex) they let the summons expire (telling me it was "too early in the process" to file for alternate service, I found out later this was absolutely inaccurate), only to bill me for more time and money for an extension. It apparently takes 3 weeks for this place to see any judge. All I'm ever told is that "this is the process". I can assure anyone reading this, that "the process" should not take 3.5 months (which is the time I've wasted since first meeting with these leeches) and my ex has yet to be served. They hire private investigators before consulting you, but will definitely bill you. I'm quite certain they have wasted hundreds of my dollars, and I don't feel that they have handled my case to the best of their abilities for whatever reason they have.

Well first...theres no words to say how satisfied and grateful i was with everything Eric did for me and my children. My situation seemed hopeless I had been thru 2 other lawyers who ended up doing nothing more than draining my wallet. I had both kids living with me BUT i was paying her for them to ...the tune of $2900/mnth. And just when i was about to give up I contacted ADAM and the firm of Bowyer and Midtgard PC. They interviewed me and asked questions of the opposing counsel and hand picked Mr Eric Gloudemans to represent me. After a few meetings with Mr Gloudemans I was confident I had FINALLY found someone who could possibly get me the help i desperately needed. AND help he did his professionalism and his court room demeanor were impeccable....for the FIRST time i felt comfortable and confident and hopeful.....well when the smoke cleared and it was over I walked out of the court room in shock bascially....my children were to remain with me...my child support was now gone and she was now the payer as it should have always been. and as i said previously...why oh why didnt I call ADAM first. And also a note to anyone who reads this....i tried to go what i THOUGHT was the cheap way and it ended up costing me thousands. However this firm was less expensive from the start I just didnt do my research well. I cant give a stronger reccomendation because it isnt possible. This firm and Mr Gloudemans in particular are top notch!!!

Eric helped our family out with a change of domicile case, in which we won. He was extremely knowledgeable in the matter, and was able to calm our uncertainty during the case. He led us through the case, keeping us informed of every step of the way. He was always on top of returning emails and phone ...call right away, he never let us worry. If he himself was busy or in court, his assistant was very helpful and aware of his case work. I would recommend any father in need of the Best attorney should highly consider him.
