Andrew Antonio Kassab

Andrew was the first and only lawyer I consulted with. I could just tell by our conversation he would be my guy. Andrew does not judge you like most and treat you like the court system. Words Can not explain the help Andrew gave me. He is always a available thru text or phone call and willing to take... time to talk you. I would even call Andrew when I just needed someone to talk to. Even after my case was over he was still willing take or return my call with advice. He helped me change my life. Much love and respect for this man.

Andrew was the first lawyer I spoke to after my incident, and right from the get go, I had this peace and calmness after talking with him. From the beginning, he not only walked me through my journey with the legal system and what to expect, but walked me through the mental and spiritual journey. He ...was continually in contact every week, checking in on how I was doing and letting me know if there was anything to discuss regarding my case. One thing (though there are many) I really appreciated was he was a straight shooter. He never made predictions or promises, but let me in on his thought process and plan of action. He asked a lot of patience of me, but also had equal (if not more) patience with myself. Even after my case was done, he's continued to check in here and there. Andrew is not the lawyer who picks up cases just to be busy. He picks up cases to better the person and situation (if possible). He cares for his clients and it is evident. My case was a very difficult journey, and no matter what the outcome would have been, I could not have done it without Andrew.

My first conversation with Andrew was on Easter Sunday 2019, he spent nearly 30 min on the phone when no other attorney would even call on a Sunday. When I met Andrew In person, his confidence that he could help and his credentials as a former prosecutor were impressive to me. Unfortunately I told ...him didn’t have the retainer fee in full to hire him. Andrew still wanted to know more about me and who I was as a person and not just what I was charged with or how much cash was in my pocket! He told me he doesn’t usually take a case without the retainer fee but said he believed I was a good person who made a mistake. He also said he would work out a payment plan that was spread out over 4 months so I could afford to hire him (that’s very rare these days). When we appeared In court the first time I couldn’t believe that he was treated with such respect and high regard by the police, prosecutors and more importantly the judge! Where I come from respect is earned and not given without merit. My respect for Andrew started that day and grew with each issue he told me he could fix and actually did fix. There are three levels of drunk driving , I was charged with the middle one (OWI). I had a .013 blood alcohol content and a ticket for speeding. I also had a speeding ticket in another city two days before the OWI ( an additional 2 points) so I was looking at 8 points and losing my drivers license! Andrew got both speeding tickets dropped and then got the prosecutor to drop the the blood alcohol level to the .008-.012 ( the lowest of the three levels of drunk driving) which meant my license was only restricted for 90 days! Throughout this ordeal there were many times Andrew would spend 30-45 min on the phone with me. He kept reassuring me that he would get the judge to see me as good person who made a mistake and he did! Andrew went above and beyond my expectations, never rushed anything and always was cool, confident and delivered what he said he would do. As a part of my probation I was required to take urinalysis testing and because of medical conditions I have I kept failing tests for low creatinine levels. Andrew not only got the probation officer, but more importantly got the judge to see me as a unique case. He spent over 2 hours in court going back in forth between the judge and probation until they agreed with him that my medical issues were the problem. He convinced the judge to change the testing method to something that would work for me. This was not part of my retainer fee and he could of easily charged me for his time but didn’t. So Imagine that, an attorney who puts integrity and making sure I wouldn’t go to jail (because he believed in the reason I was failing the tests ) over making additional money he clearly knew I didn’t have. I would highly recommend Andrew Kassab to anyone who is in need of a real attorney with the experience to back up the things he says he can do for you!!!!

From my initial phone conversation with Andrew I knew he was the man for the job. His empathy was genuine while maintaining professionalism that made me comfortable with the idea of him representing me. My emotions were high but I genuinely felt like I had a seasoned friend throughout the whole ordea...l. He was punctual, thorough and gave me that much needed feeling that I'd chosen the right attorney. I am done with the courts as my case is closed and would have been remiss if I didn't share my experience with ones in seemingly impossible situations. Andrew is a genuine guy that "understands"!
