I dont know how Mr. Khan has such good reviews. He is one of the most horrible attorneys I have dealt with. He wastes the courts time. Tries to be dramatic and I have witnessed it first hand to where judges have been frustrated to his irrelevant questions. I truly believe that he does that so he can ...rack up hours to bill his clients. Like he did in my case. By the way I lost my case, the other attorney crushed him. I went for a cheap attorney and I got what I deserved to where I lost a black and white case. he came out the winner as he had lots of billable hours. Reading his reviews. I am laughing to where he has an array of cases he has had from immigration to credit card. With all due respect I highly doubt all of that!

I hired Mr. Khan to handle the following: (1)Record expungment-Mr. Khan filed all the nesasary paper work with the courts and the state. Applied for a court date and went with me to courts that were out of town. My record was wiped clean as a result of his work. (2)Opened a existing Family Trust- M...r. Khan opened and re-wrote a family trust so it would be in compliance with the law, and did it quickly. This was important because the person who this trust was for might die very soon. (4)Tenet eviction- Mr. Khan evicted a person that would not get out of my house and did it quickly. That was important because this person was draining my bank account dry buying illegal drugs.
