OUTCOME: Affirmed

This appeal was assigned to me after Ms. Watts filed a pro se appeal. Upon an extensive review of the case, I determined that Ms. Watts's appeal was without merit and was thus tasked with submitting a ... n Anders Briefing to the Court. There is no set procedure for doing this in Wyoming in a child abuse and neglect case, so it was quite the undertaking! Ultimately, the Supreme Court decided that my brief met the burden and they affirmed the District Court's finding, which was commensurate with my conclusion.
